Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

  • In-depth knowledge of different social media sites like Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, and their rules and policies regarding business pages.
  • Calling/Emailing and constantly following up with inbound leads
  • Developing sales opportunities by prospecting, researching and identifying potential accounts; and building rapport with students.
  • Providing timely responses to students inquiries. We require all leads to be followed up within 10 minutes.
  • Working with Local WIOA and ETPL Boards to quality students.
  • Entering and updating leads, opportunities, and other customer information in CRM system for the assigned territory.
  • Exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
  • Maintaining accurate and predictable monthly and quarterly sales forecast.
  • Working on paid and organic social media campaigns and demonstrating ROI.
  • Reaching out to people who fit the user persona and invite them to join our community.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education

· Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree.

Minimum Knowledge and Experience

  • 2+ years of Admissions Advising or Inbound Sales
  • Develop and manage pipeline and forecast report.
  • Consistently exceeded all KPI targets and exceeded quarterly commitments.

Competency Identifiers

  • Ability to interact with people from a variety of backgrounds, levels and positions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
